I bought Omnigraffle, then I bought Omnigraffle Professional and then I bought Omnigraffle Release 7. There have been alternating sales strategies over the years - Buy direct. Buy through apple store... None line up!!!! If you make a purchase one way you have no rights the other way. The OMNI people get the money - let me have a clear line of sight upgrade strategy. I trusted YOU and it was a BAD move. How many MORE times do I have to buy this product ? Because I still don't have the PRO release.... Just asking. Visio is expensive but you only have to buy it ONCE !!!!!!! The classic below is : I cannot submit this review UNLESS I pick something I LIKE about Omnigraffle. Well that's nothing but I had to pick security just to post.

Nowadays, when extremely full-featured programs such as Affinity Designer cost $50/license, if you're going to charge $200 for software, it better be *brilliant*. For $25, I'd consider adding it to my tools, but for $200, it's a pass.
